3. Fast, Smooth TRANSACTION
The simplest way to buy and manage your supplies online is to
create an FTM, this is covered in point 7 but for those who prefer
to try us first, here are some simple instructions for ordering
your supplies through our standard webpages.
Once you have located a product and clicked the ‘Buy
Now’ button your visitors basket will open to
show you its contents, clicking the ‘Continue Shopping’ button
automatically returns to the previous page as you may like to
purchase another consumable for the same machine. If you want
to search for a different product you can use the ‘Make
of Machine’ or ‘Product Search’ Boxes
to find it. When you are ready to complete your transaction
click on the ‘Checkout’ button and
select the option which applies to you below:
First Time Buyers Checkout
Select the ‘New Customer’ box to Continue.
Fill in the form with your Address, Contact Details and a Password
to complete your Account Set-up. Click ‘Continue’ and
a message is displayed welcoming you as a new member. Click ‘Continue’ again
and follow the checkout procedure until you receive an Order id
Number. The ongoing status of your order will be emailed
to you in Realtime until you receive your consignment.
Returning Customer Checkout
Select the ‘Returning Customer’ box
to Continue. Enter your Email Address and Password and click ‘Sign
In’ if you are unsure of your Password select ‘Password
Forgotten? Click Here’ and a new Password will
be emailed to you. Your details are stored from your previous order
with the exception of your credit/debit card number which will
need to be entered again, follow the checkout procedure until you
receive an Order id Number. The ongoing status of your order
will be emailed to you in Realtime until you receive your consignment.
Note: Passwords can be changed by clicking the ‘My
Account’ tab once you are logged in.
Visitor's Basket
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a 'Visitors Basket'.
This allows the visitor to store their products in a temporary
shopping basket. Once the visitor leaves the online shop so will
the contents of their shopping basket.
Member's Basket
Every member to our online shop who logs in is given a 'Members
Basket'. This allows the member to add products to their shopping
basket but return at a later date to finalize their checkout.
All products chosen will remain in their shopping basket until
the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.

If a member adds products to their 'Visitors Basket' and then decides
to log in to the online shop to use their 'Members Basket', the
contents of their 'Visitors Basket' will merge with their 'Members
Basket' contents automatically.

Our prices include shipping, handling and VAT charges (on all
orders not exempted). All deliveries within the UK mainland are FREE and
are processed either via independent couriers on a next working
day service or via Royal Mail First class recorded service. A
proviso exists, however, that if the next day service fails, for
reasons outside of our control, we do not accept liability for
any inconvenience caused by any such unforeseen delays but we will
do all we can to sort out any such irritating issues. Guaranteed
next day deliveries can be secured but these are charged at appropriate
rates for specified delivery times. For full information

6. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If
goods are damaged on arrival we will rectify the problem within
24 hours with arrangements made for replacements to be despatched
and Goods Returns procedures put in place immediately. If
your products prove faulty within 30 days of the date of purchase
we offer a comprehensive Money Back Guarantee should you not wish
to receive an exchange. Outside of this initial period all faulty
goods will be exchanged or a credit note given. Individual product
guarantees are in line with their manufacturer's warranties. In
the case of remanufactured goods we insist upon a comprehensive
12 month guarantee from the date of your purchase from all companies
with whom we trade. Manufacturer's of original products do operate
a variety of guarantees and in some instances i.e., Xerox and Lexmark,
prefer to deal directly with faults reported. However, any
fault found with any product should, firstly, be reported to our
Customer Services department who will attempt to rectify the problem
initially and give guidance where appropriate. Any terms, conditions
or warranties described above are in addition to your statutory
consumer rights.
